Scope of Service
The services provided by Ana Armendariz are for entertainment purposes only. By becoming a client, you agree that an astrological reading does not replace professional medical, legal or mental health advice. Ana Armendariz does not provide legal or financial advice. Any consequences from client actions after the consultation are the sole responsibility of the Client, and the Client agrees to hold Ana Armendariz harmless. The Astrologer has the right to refuse service to anyone, at her complete discretion.
No Guarantees are Expressed or Implied
No guarantees are made in regards to future events forecast during astrological consultations, as the entirety of all astrological readings are for entertainment purposes only. Client satisfaction is not guaranteed, and predictions cannot be guaranteed to be error free.
Payment and Refund Policy
All sessions are pre-paid before the consultation, during the booking process. All sales are final and non-refundable. Accuracy of astrology or geomancy predictions is not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued if the reading you receive is incorrect in part or in full.
No Show Policy
After 10 minutes, the consultation is be cancelled if the Client fails to show up to our scheduled consultation. After a No-Show, the Client may reschedule once without penalty. The Client understands that all sales are final and non-refundable, even if the client misses their appointments. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled date is at no additional cost. To reschedule, please email Ana directly at: hello@anaastro.com. The astrologer reserves the right to reschedule prior to the consultation under extreme circumstances or acts of God. In this case, the client will be notified as soon as possible so that we may reschedule at the Client’s convenience.
Privacy Policy
All astrological services are strictly confidential, and session details will remain private between the client and practitioner. The Astrologer may ask the Client for expressed permission to share anonymous chart information and non-identifying details for marketing / educational purposes. The Client can grant or deny permission. Under no circumstances will identifying information such as names, contact information or locations be shared with any third party at any time.
Client testimonials and/or reviews may be shared on anaastro.com for marketing purposes.
