Geomancy Example: “Should I go back to school?”

No matter where you are in your career, whether or not to go back to school can be a really tough decision.
My client was in her mid-40s and had been contemplating a major career pivot into a completely different industry.
This career change would require going back to school, but she wanted to start with a certification program to test the waters. The tuition for the courses would set her back a couple of thousand dollars.
It had been a long time since she had taken any college classes, and having ADHD, she wasn’t sure she would be able to keep up with a course that had a shorter timeline.
She felt like going back to school at this stage was a big gamble with a lot of money, so she came to me for the Geomancy reading below to help her decide.

My Answer:
The Judge is the Final Answer:
This judge is Nusrat al-Dakhil, and means if she enrolls in the certification program, she will have a large victory, unexpected help, personal success, inner happiness, and the achievement of her desires.
The Judge passes through the 4th House: (circled in orange)
This means the fortunate outcome will be tied to her land or home in some way.
We combine the figure of the judge with the figure of the 10th house to see what is at play.
This gives us Al-Dakhil - another auspicious figure telling us she will be “Receiving, acquiring, achieving”.
We combine the figure of the 10th house with its hidden figure to tell us the hidden or secret motivation behind her question.
This gives us Qabd al-Kharij, which means “Giving away, losing, or losses.” I asked her whether her main motivation behind her question was to find out whether she would lose out on the money if the course didn’t work out, and she said YES. Understandably, she was afraid to fail and lose money on the chance she was thinking of taking on herself.
The Right Witnesses: Her current state or what has happened already:
The Right Witness is Tariq, which can mean 'travel' and 'distance' literally. She knows the certification program will be a long commute. She has previous experience making that drive regularly and would be prepared to do it again.
The Left Witnesses: How this will all play out
The Left Witness is Nusrat al-Kharij, the lesser fortune; it means she will achieve what she’s set out to do, but she’ll need assistance to be successful. Something is lacking here; she can’t do it alone.
What Actually Happened:
She had been resistant to turning towards medication for her ADHD, but given the amount of reading that would be required for the course, she decided it was worth talking to her doctor to explore her options. He was able to find a solution she was comfortable with and saw significant improvements in her ability to concentrate very quickly. This was the “assistance” foretold by the left witness.
A big part of the class was taking photos of plants and studying the various types of damage caused by insects and other factors. She was able to use her large backyard garden to complete all her assignments. This was the tie-in to her land, as we see the Judge passing to the 4th house.
The coursework and the people she met during her certificate program have helped her in ways she did not anticipate. She was very happy to have signed up for the course and is currently doing well on her assignments. She plans to take more classes in the following term.
My client later shared how shocked she was that the geomancy could see that she was MOSTLY worried about losing out on the money. She had also had a solar return reading with me earlier this year and we were able to refer back to her almanac, which had multiple indicators for higher learning, working with teachers, commuting and studying in her year ahead.
When she realized this Geomancy and her Solar Return were basically pointing to the same focus on higher education, she had no more doubt and she took the leap.
